Nelson is a great place to live if you want to keep in touch with the sea, crikey after all, we are Australasia’s largest fishing port!? There are plenty of places (homes/house) locally that you can buy, that will afford you the opportunity of sitting in your lounge / diner, sunroom or even out on the deck, and still allow you you time to keep track of movements on the water. Curious….just call me.

And just to mix it up a bit…

…why this local Cafe/Eatery is named so? In the foreground you are also now seeing the bare dirt from which will raise at least 2 x luxurious $m plus apartments with the best views thru The Cut Nelson has to offer.

I call it…
